  1. Create a Schedule

Start your day with a clear plan. Outline your tasks and allocate specific time slots for each. Use tools like planners or mobile apps to keep track of your schedule. Sticking to a plan can help you manage your time more effectively.

  1. Avoid Multitasking

While it might seem like you’re being extra efficient, multitasking can often lead to mistakes and increased stress. Focus on one task at a time, complete it, and then move on to the next. This approach ensures accuracy and reduces overwhelm.

  1. Use the ABC Method

Categorize tasks into three groups: A (urgent and important), B (important but not urgent), and C (neither urgent nor important). Focus on completing A tasks first, followed by B and C tasks. This method helps you tackle the most critical tasks efficiently.
