The associates degree in EMS at HCI College offers the finlal general education credits of the curriculum that builds on your Paramedic training. 

Your core Paramedic courses cover basic life support training and advanced-level care of patients in emergency medical services. The 45 credit hours include combined lectures and labs, followed by the hospital training experience. Once you have earned your Paramedic Diploma, you are ready for the AS in EMS. 

The final 15 credit hours of the AS in EMS program are the general education courses. These courses give you a solid, well-rounded educational foundation for building professionalism in your career. Your associates degree may be an important credential in helping you to stand out in the EMS field.
