The two-year Associate of Science degree in Nursing (an ASN) provides an entry-level credential to become a Registered Nurse. HCI’s nursing school in Florida has been accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and approved by the Florida Board of Nursing.

Nursing students will gain classroom, simulated, and real-life experience that prepares them for the National Council Licensing Exam (NCLEX) and state licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse. Theory and technical skills will be developed so that the graduate is well-equipped to handle all the duties and responsibilities of being a nurse in a hospital or other medical facility.

The program consists of 72 credit hours of combined theory and hands-on instruction.
