Roberta’s approach is people first. She communicates clearly, builds strong relationships across departments, and takes pride in helping students understand their financial options so they can move confidently toward their goals. She is committed to improving processes that make the student experience smoother and more accessible.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lynn University. Her dedication to teamwork, operational excellence, and student success aligns closely with the mission of HCI College.
