Lori Kaufman

Meet Lori Kaufman, the Director of Online Education. She has been with HCI College since 2018. Lori started as the nutrition instructor, then promoted to the Director of Online Education in January 2020.

Born and raised in New York, she moved to South Florida in 2012. As a child she was taught to follow her dreams, which is the reason she loves working with students. In an educational setting, teaching health and wellness has always been close to her heart. Her true passion is working at HCI College and being able to help students succeed at their chosen career and be successful.

In her spare time she loves to take her dog Lily to the dog park and meet friends for lunch. Lori appreciates working at HCI College and considers it her biggest accomplishment.
