Donna Jagru

Donna brings more than 20 years of experience in credit and collections, with a strong background in account management, compliance, and customer service. Throughout her career, she has advanced into leadership roles while working across diverse industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and advertising.

Donna attended art school in Toronto, Ontario, where she earned a degree in Commercial Art. She also pursued business studies at the Toronto School of Business, completing coursework in business and accounting. Her professional credentials include the prestigious Fellow of Credit Institute (FCI) designation, along with specialized training in credit bureau operations and Fair Credit Act compliance.

As a Collector at HCI College, Donna is dedicated to supporting students throughout their educational journey. She finds great fulfillment in helping students overcome challenges and stay focused on their goals. Donna takes pride in being part of a team that encourages, guides, and supports students as they work toward building successful careers and a brighter future.
