COVID-19 Updates

July 20, 2020

HCI College continues to monitor the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team is currently working diligently on a plan for each campus to prepare for classes resuming on site. We have been preparing the campus facilities for reopening classes and are taking the appropriate measures to ensure social distancing guidelines per the CDC requirements are in place. Please continue to check your e-mails for more details pertaining to your campus and program from your Program Directors.

New students beginning their degree program on August 31, 2020 should be in regular contact with their campus’s admissions, financial aid, academics, and registrar offices for additional information.

We look forward to seeing you back on campus soon!

July 1, 2020

Due to recent information regarding COVID-19 in Florida, HCI College has extended online classes thru July 27, 2020. Prior notices regarding opening on July 6, 2020 for labs and clinicals are on hold at this time. Students attending labs with prior approval from your program directors are welcome with continued compliance to PPE and social distancing requirements. New students beginning their degree program on July 6, 2020 and all returning students should be in regular contact with their campus’ admissions, financial aid, academics, and registrar offices to acclimate (or continue) in the online environment until further notice.

We will continue to monitor and adhere to local and federal law as it pertains to the safety and wellbeing of our students, faculty, and staff. As always, we appreciate your patience and cooperation, and we look forward to having all of you back on campus soon!

May 27, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 Virus and in cooperation with local and state health agencies, HCI College has made temporary changes to the mode of delivery of many of its classes. Many of the classes that were originally scheduled to be taught on campus are now being taught online until governing officials allow classes to resume on campus. The online classes are temporarily approved by the Florida Department of Education (Commission for Independent Education), the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges, Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Profession, the Florida Board of Nursing, and the United States Department of Education.
