Jarmaine Evans, MBA

Jarmaine Evans serves as Dean of Academic Affairs at HCI College, where he provides leadership and support for academic programs, faculty development, student success initiatives, and institutional effectiveness. He is committed to creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability while helping students achieve their educational and professional goals.

With more than 20 years of experience in higher education and academic leadership, Jarmaine has held a variety of roles throughout his career, including Dean, Registrar, Adjunct Faculty member, and Director. His background includes academic operations, accreditation, student retention, faculty development, and student information systems. He has worked with institutions across higher education and education technology, helping organizations strengthen processes and enhance the overall student experience.

Jarmaine earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University.

He believes in the power of education to transform lives and is passionate about supporting students, faculty, and staff while fostering an environment that promotes learning, growth, and long-term success.
