Michelle Lambert, M.Ed., RDMS

Michelle Lambert, M.Ed., RDMS serves as Vice President of Academic Affairs at HCI, bringing more than 18 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education. Throughout her career, she has held key roles including Academic Dean, Regional Director of Education, and Vice President of Academic Learning and Curriculum Development, where she has driven academic excellence and organizational growth.

In addition to her academic leadership experience, Michelle has over a decade of clinical practice as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and holds ARDMS credentials in OB/GYN. Her combined clinical and academic background provides a well-rounded perspective that supports high-quality, workforce-aligned healthcare education.

Michelle holds a Master of Education in Leadership of Educational Organizations from American InterContinental University, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware. She is widely recognized for her expertise in aligning academic programs with institutional priorities, accreditation standards, and evolving industry demands.

Her leadership approach focuses on enhancing academic quality, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and fostering innovation in curriculum design and delivery. In her role at HCI, Michelle leads strategic academic initiatives, supports faculty development, and ensures the institution continues to deliver relevant, high-quality educational programs that promote student success.
