Seeta Moonilall, ME

Seeta S. Moonilall is a seasoned higher education executive with more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience driving operational excellence and institutional growth. In her role as Vice President of Student Financial Services and member of the Executive Team at HCI, she provides strategic oversight of financial operations across two campuses while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, including Title IV, state and military audits, and accreditation standards.
Ms. Moonilall holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management from Everglades University, and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College. Her extensive expertise spans multiple functional areas within higher education operations.
Recognized for her collaborative leadership style, Ms. Moonilall fosters cross-departmental partnerships, mentors emerging leaders, and promotes a culture grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and student-centered service. She is highly effective at aligning operational strategy with institutional goals to ensure both compliance and performance outcomes are consistently achieved.
